After completing a degree in Applied Geography back in 2003, I spent several years working with mapping and digital data systems. It was a practical start, but my true enthusiasm soon shifted to the online world and the power of marketing.
That is when the dots connected for me. I realised how smart, easy-to-use digital tools could fundamentally transform how a small business attracts, engages, and keeps its customers.
